We're just a couple of fish nerds with too many fish tanks. Our fish, shrimp, axolotls, and snails are lovingly raised in planted nature aquariums and fed a high quality varied diet.

We guarantee 100% live arrival.
*If there are any issues upon receipt of your fish and/or snails, take a time stamped photo within the first hour of arrival and email it to us at: brian.vine.bv@gmail.com
Upon receipt of photo, we will refund or replace the fish and/or snail(s), minus the cost of shipping.
**Orders that are held for Pick Up at Post Office have 2 hours from contact to retrieve package from post office.
***We only ship on Mondays, holidays permitting.
****No shipments to P.O. boxes; NO exceptions.

- Comment: Great Seller! I ordered on a Sunday afternoon, and the seller tracking showed it was shipped out Monday afternoon with Weds delivery. Then stupid USPS held up the priority package, and so the package wasn't delivered until Thursday. I was a bit worried, but upon opening the package, it was very nicely packed with sealed bags (wish all sellers did it like this) for the plecos I ordered. All 12 of the fish were alive and seemed fine. I bag floated them for 30 minutes per the sellers instructions then poured the contents of each bag into a net, so only the fish was transferred into my quarantine tanks. It is now 2 hours after package was delivered, and I see a couple of them are already foraging on a algae covered rock in the tank. Highly Recommend this seller.
